360 Feedback Report for Leadership Profile Assessment

This on-line assessment measures your leadership skills by looking at four leadership preferences and six key dimensions. The leadership preferences are measured through leadership behavioral descriptors.

This innovative 360° evaluation is completed by the participant and up to ten respondents (participant’s work associates, including bosses, peers and staff).

Upon completing the assessment, a report is generated that identifies the participants’ strengths and areas for development as a leader. The dimensions of leadership are measured by the level of performance the person now exhibits. The personalized report is emailed to the participant as a pdf file.

Optional: a Team Report can be generated if at least four participants complete the full 360°assessment process. There is no additional charge for this report.
